The entrepreneurial development history of Hanzhi can be traced back to the early 1990s. Machang Town, Qingxian County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province, is separated by a river from Jinghai District, Tianjin City. It has always been a key town in the sheet metal industry in North China. With its advantageous transportation location adjacent to Tianjin and Beijing, a rising star in China’s industrial automation equipment is quietly nurtured here.
Hanzhi’s predecessor, Cangzhou Jingcheng Weiye Electrical Equipment Company, was founded in 1995. Its main business is sheet metal processing and manufacturing of electrical cabinets and chassis, and it is known as the “sheet metal design and processing expert” in the industry.
Ten years of industry accumulation, dedicated to upgrading sheet metal. The personal experience of deeply cultivating the sheet metal industry has enabled the founder of Hanzhi to have a clear understanding of the pain points and real needs of the industry. Taking CNC machine tools, the “mother of manufacturing,” as an example, at that time, there was a significant gap between domestic equipment and advanced foreign products, and first tier foreign brands were expensive.
Continuous maintenance in the later stages was also a huge expense. Therefore, with the mission of revitalizing the national industry and seizing commercial opportunities, Hanzhi bravely climbs the industry upstream and vigorously invests in technological innovation.
In 2007, after 5 years of research and development, the first C-type small table CNC punch press was born in Hanzhi, Hebei. Since then, Hanzhi has gradually independently developed core equipment such as CNC punching machines, laser cutting, and CNC bending required for the entire sheet metal processing process, and has the ability to customize, design, and produce flexible sheet metal processing production lines.
2015 was an unusual year for Hanzhi. This year, Hanzhi completed the research and development of the “Five Axis Punching CNC Technology” project, a foreign cooperation project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China; In the same year, Hanzhi stepped out of the Yan Zhao land and officially opened its first stop in the country – Yangzhou R&D Center.
Boasting expertise and expertise, Hanzhi’s core anchor fully automated CNC bending center continuously accumulates technological advantages. In the field of flexible bending of metal thick and large plates, it continues to increase research investment and explore leading positions.
A hundred feet up, one step further. In 2023, Hanzhi will continue to grow and select a location in Baibu Town, Haiyan County, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, the most active geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta in China’s economy. The company will actively reserve 160 acres of industrial plant area and establish a new headquarters for the future. At present, Hanzhi is under the dual brand of “Hanzhi/HanQin”, based on its years of accumulated technological advantages, continuously meeting and surpassing the high-end sheet metal manufacturing needs of the domestic market, while also actively expanding into the international market. At the age of thirty, Hanzhi, adhering to the mission of Huaxia Intelligent Manufacturing – “Sheet Metal Bending Intelligent Expert”, will soon be launched with a new image and glory.
