Features
Failure rate and maintenance cost are extremely low
The transmission system of the all-electric servo press brakes is simple. The components such as oil cylinders, pumps, valves, seals, and oil pipes are eliminated. There is basically no maintenance cost and only regular lubrication is required.
High processing efficiency
The transmission structure of the all-electric servo press brakes has a fast response and high working speed. It adopts the technology of direct drive of servo motor.,components with fewer components, which fundamentally solves the problem of slow transmission speed. Therefore, the processing efficiency of the pure electric servo press brake is much higher than that of the hydraulic bending machine of the same tonnage.
High precision
The all-electric servo press brakes adopts the transmission structure of the servo motor directly driving the screw rod, which has fast response speed and high transmission accuracy. It also adds a magnetic scale to measure the slider stroke and form a full closed-loop control with the system, and its positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm.

The mechanical main transmission efficiency of the all-electric servo press brakes is more than 95%. Taking a 100 tones press brake as an example, based on an 8-hour working day, the main power consumption of the all-electric servo press brakes is about 12kw.h/day, while the power consumption of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic bending machine is about 60kw.h/day. The all-electric servo press brakes saves about 80% of energy. The all-electric servo press brakes does not use hydraulic oil (saving at least 1,000 dollars per year on average), there is no trouble in replacing hydraulic oil and dismantling hydraulic components, and there is no leakage of hydraulic oil during replacement and dismantling, and there is no waste oil treatment and pollution.
