HH3 Features
The machine adopts downward movement and rise, which can easily process even larger workpieces. The drive device is hidden in the lower part of the equipment body, saving space between the racks, and even larger workpieces can be processed.
Central pressure is used to prevent insufficient force in the middle of the workpiece, meeting the requirements for high-precision product processing.
During processing, the workbench is stable and will not move. Roller guide mechanisms are configured in the front, back, left and right directions of the lower workbench, which can make the workbench move very smoothly and easily adjust the gap between the roller and the guide block to minimize the guide wear of the workbench.
The excellent frame structure design allows the machine to maintain high precision even after long-term use. The upper workbench is fixed with an inclined block to avoid distortion and distortion in the welded frame, ensuring long-term precision. The slight elastic deformation of the frame during processing can be fine-tuned in front of the workbench.
The lower limit position of the lower workbench is set by reading the encoder position. This design can set different lower limit positions according to different bending lengths, thereby improving bending efficiency.
The design has a step-by-step arc bending function. The rear gauge moves forward equidistantly, making a bend each time it moves. After multiple bends, the desired arc and angle are formed.
The back-pull avoidance function can avoid the collision between the workpiece and the rear stopper during the processing of the workpiece by setting the back-pull position and the back-pull delay.
