Beam
Made of aluminum, it is cast as a whole, annealed to eliminate internal stress, then rough-machined, and fine-machined after secondary vibration aging treatment, ensuring the overall strength, rigidity and stability of the beam. The aluminum beam is light in weight, small inertia and good in dynamic performance.
Bed
The bed adopts an integral welded structure, which is rough-machined after annealing to eliminate stress, and fine-machined after vibration aging and natural aging to completely eliminate stress, thus greatly improving the stability of the machine tool.
Exchange table
The exchange table consists of a fixed table main frame and a cutting table. Fixed table main frame: adopts welding technology, so it has great load-bearing capacity. Cutting table: It is welded by a whole square tube, and the structure is stable; when working, the double-layer exchange table is exchanged at the same time, and the exchange time can be completed within 15 seconds, which greatly reduces the exchange time and improves production efficiency! The table is equipped with a table fixing clamping device, which can ensure the front table cutting and the rear table loading, and the process is stable, ensuring the accuracy of the product being cut.
Gas path
The gas circuit of the fiber laser cutting machine has two parts. One part provides cutting gas for the cutting head: clean and dry compressed air, nitrogen, and oxygen; the other part is auxiliary compressed air, which is used for the partition cylinder and the workbench clamping cylinder gas when the partition is exhausted. The cutting gas is divided into three types of gases: nitrogen, oxygen and air, and these three gases can be freely selected through the solenoid valve and proportional valve. Oxygen is controlled by the proportional valve, which is more precise and convenient and quick to debug and cut.
Cutting head and follow-up system
This cutting head has strong advantages in medium-power large-format fiber cutting applications. The internal structure of the laser head is completely sealed to prevent dust pollution of the optical part. The laser head adopts two-point centering adjustment and the focus adjustment adopts a cam structure, which is accurate and convenient to adjust. The protective lens is installed in a drawer style for easy replacement. The cutting head adopts a flexible design and has a quick anti-collision protection function. It can automatically stop cutting when an accidental collision occurs, and can automatically return to the original cutting point when continuing to cut, so that the entire cutting work is not affected. With a high-precision capacitive sensor automatic tracking system, under the control of the system, it can achieve a very stable Z-axis floating function to prevent height errors caused by thermal stress deformation or unevenness of the plate during the cutting process;
