Bending tools

According to different bending methods, it can be divided into angle bending, large arc bending, flattening bending, etc., among which angle bending is also divided into upward bending and downward bending. HanChine Automatic Panel Benders is equipped with a universal mold unit, so that a series of bending of different metal sheet lengths can be completed with a set of molds. Before bending, the automatic bending-tool changing system quickly and accurately moves to the set position according to the set length of the metal sheet, without manual mold replacement, improving productivity. The automatic bending-tool changing system can provide higher flexibility to meet the needs of inner folding, quadrilaterals, etc., and can meet the bending needs of any bending length.

Automatic bending-tool change and upper press unit

HanChine Automatic Panel Benders is equipped with a dedicated upper press unit. The fully automatic series can automatically adjust the length of the upper press unit according to customer requirements, without manual adjustment, so it is fast and accurate, fully releasing customer productivity, improving customer production efficiency, and reminding customers of the advanced level of in-plant equipment, winning orders for customers. The sheet feeding unit controls the movement, clamping and rotation of the sheet through the manipulator, clamp and rotating metal sheet. The feeding of the sheet is controlled by servo motors throughout the entire processing process to achieve automation and rapid positioning: reducing action time and improving efficiency.

Intelligent System

The intelligent CNC system and software developed in cooperation can be applied and managed quickly and conveniently. Main features: a) Ether CAT control mode is adopted, with strong anti-interference ability; b) Direct programming is supported, and the bending data of each step can be input in the form; c) Arc bending is supported; d) All-electric servo control; e) Bending compensation function is supported; f) Two-dimensional programming function is supported.
